Stopped Making Sense: H1B Update

FY 2020 and 2021 have brought big changes to the H-1B process. The Labor Condition Applications are now on FLAG. Changes to the H-1B lottery process through the new H-1B registration requirement and the lottery selection process. There will be a discussion on how this H-1B cap season went with these changes. An update on H-1B RFEs and how to handle them.
