This presentation provides an update on recent developments in the world of employment-based immigration. We will look at the current state of the ever-evolving landscape for nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based filings including the public charge rule as it affects employment-based immigration, current travel bans for immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applicants, FY2021 H-1B lottery successes and failures, and developments in USCIS guidance on discretionary denials.
