Fighting for DACA Before the U.S. Supreme Court

Luis Cortes shares his experience arguing for the continuation of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program before the United State Supreme Court. As one of the lead attorneys on the case, and a DACA recipient himself, Cortes will share what it’s like arguing before the highest court of the land, and the important impact this case will have – in and outside the courts – for the estimated 800,000 DACA recipients who await its ruling.
