This interactive panel will discuss the latest policy and procedural attacks on U Visas, provide updates on best practices for responding to ongoing challenges, and alert participants to further changes we anticipate. While we share strategies for avoiding common problems, such as a U inadmissibility waiver denial, we will also identify ways you can challenge denials.
